human change; insightful book reviews; and a yearly author and subject index
(October issue). The TAJ frequently features theme issues. Recent
subjects have included case studies, the schizoid process, groups,

transactional analysis, transactional analysis and psychoanalysis, gay and
lesbian issues, transactional analysis in Latin America, and freedom and
responsibility. Upcoming theme issues will include Supervision and
The Body.

benefit, is published nine times a years to communicate news of interest about
transactional analysis and the ITAA to people around the world. It offers
articles and interviews; editorial columns; news about organizational
activities, such as workshops, conferences, and elections; information on
training; and announcements of awards and special events. It also offers
